Arturo Cuellar is a Colombian attorney with over 25 years of experience advising multinational companies in corporate law, highly complex technology transactions, privacy, and data governance.

His practice combines a strong foundation in general corporate law with specialized expertise in structuring, negotiating, and implementing high-value technology and commercial agreements in digital and highly regulated environments. He also focuses on designing compliance programs, corporate policies, and governance frameworks to manage the legal risks associated with personal data and emerging technologies.

Before establishing his independent practice, he held senior legal leadership roles with regional responsibilities at multinationals such as Cisco Systems (Mexico), BearingPoint (United States), and BT, GSK, and Fresenius Medical Care (Colombia).

He holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and an LL.M. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Additionally, he is CIPP/E and CIPM certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
